Zeisler Morgan Properties Ltd. is a privately owned full service retail shopping center development company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Kenneth A. Zeisler and Patrick J. Morgan (now deceased) formed the company on June 15, 1976 and Carl B. Badowski joined the company shortly thereafter.

• Zeisler Morgan’s development philosophy is to acquire and retain property for generations.

• Zeisler Morgan has had extensive development experience constructing open-air shopping centers and other mixed use properties (both locally and nationally) totaling approximately 2,000,000 square feet. Zeisler Morgan’s current portfolio is primarily located in Ohio.

• ZM Management, an affiliated entity, manages all of Zeisler Morgan’s properties. ZM Management currently manages properties totaling 1,300,000 square feet.

• Zeisler Morgan has acted as a development consultant to large corporations, such as Hilton Head Corporation of South Carolina and Western Development Corporation of Washington, D.C.

Mr. Zeisler practiced law from 1961 until 1968, at which time he became a Partner and General Counsel of a major real estate development firm. In 1970, Mr. Zeisler became Chief Operating Officer of that same firm, which in 1973 was the third largest commercial development company in the country. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Zeisler led the development of approximately 8,000,000 square feet of commercial space across the United States. In June of 1976, Mr. Zeisler, along with Patrick J. Morgan, formed the real estate development firm of Zeisler Morgan Properties, Ltd.

Patrick J. Morgan (11/7/44 - 5/13/00)
Born November 7, 1944; married the former Karen M. Mylott in 1967, and the father of their five children; a graduate of John Carroll University and Cleveland State University Law School; admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio in 1970, and before the United States District Court in 1982.

In 1976, Mr. Morgan, together with Kenneth A. Zeisler, formed Zeisler Morgan Properties, Ltd. Prior to 1976, Mr. Morgan was a Partner and General Counsel of a major real estate development company.

Carl B. Badowski
Born December 15, 1934, married, two children, attended University of Dayton, majoring in engineering, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University.

In 1978 Mr. Badowski joined Zeisler Morgan Properties as a Limited Partner/Vice President of Development. Mr. Badowski previously was a Partner with a major real estate development firm also serving as a Senior Regional Project Development Coordinator.
